ABOUT ME

I am french and live in Hungary, for 12 years. I started learning contemporary dance and improvisation here. Dance became my life path.

PHILOSOPHY

I do believe in listening to my feelings first in order to understand what's going on with me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love that couchsurfing is free, by hosting and being hosted, we can be curious about each other, care, spend some time together, it is very human. I don't do it often, because i am not travelling to cities so much, but it is always a beautiful experience.

Interests

I am very curious and attracted to everything related to movement, body concsiousness, awareness.
Spirituality and psychotherapy is also very present in my everyday life, connecting with my profound nature.
I love to share, talk, exchange with people, communication is very important for me. Listen to each other, taking the time, undesrtanding each other.

Music : now i listen mainly to Armand Amar, mystical musics.

Book : now i read the book of the tibetan of the life and death.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This summer i've been walking alone in the french mountains for ten days, wild camping, never did that before, want to do it again.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching... i would rather say sharing, about what is present for me in my life, what i experienced.
We can dance, improvise, perform in the street, doing hands on work.
I am happy to listen and learn about people's passions, what they love to do or what they would love to do :-)
