CS has been a great platform to meet new people and explore new places and cultures.
I am not big on the top tourist attractions when I visit a new place and love to see the way of life through a local's eyes and get the scoop on less travelled roads and spots, away from the hustle and bustle of tourism.
Anything off the beaten path, especially outdoor activities, are my kind of thing.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

Because of my current living situation as an international student, I am unable to host though I am always up for meeting new people.

Interesses

I live in the city and thus whenever I get to travel to countries with vast land and natural sites, I go out into the mountains and do hikes or just laze on the beach. I also mostly just look to experience the local way of life when backpacking alone and couch surfing. Here are just a few of the many things I love in life

- food (I freakin' love food so much!)

- markets (art, food, farmers, whatever)
- roadtrips
- hitch hiking
- people watching (promise I'm not a creep)
- windows down, driving in the countryside
- trespassing (maybe)

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

Hmm, I listen to a lot of things. A lot of musical theatre soundtracks, Michael Buble, Ben Howard, Kodaline, Beyonce, Frank Ocean, Sara Bareilles, Bon Iver, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, Carrie Underwood, Gavin James, Jake Bugg, Tom Odell, and a lot more

I go to the library and pick random books off the shelf so I wouldn't really say I have a kind of book I read though I prefer non-fiction to fiction.

And I love watching movies, all kinds, except stupid ones that usually consist of a bunch of people stuck on an island with a weird ass animal on a killing spree

I love the couch surfing experience of sharing travel stories, life experiences, different cultures and way of life.
I am open to anything, up for whatever, spontaneous and usually like the local to recommend local secrets that have more character, culture, and vibe to the big sites where all tourists go to.
