Overview
About Me
I have to write a book.
I recently moved to Cyprus from West Yorkshire in the United Kingdom.
I have spent over six months in Kabul, Afghanistan, in 2019/2020
I've done quite a bit of independent travelling.
In October 2018, I hiked 570 miles (915kms) in 27 days - 'Camino del Norte'.
In May 2018, I toured North India on a Motorbike.
In October 2017, I hiked over 200 miles (330Km) in rough mountain trails among the northern Spanish mountains - 'Camino Primitivo'.
In November 2014, I walked the way of St. James. I walked 300miles (500km) this time on the "Via de la Plata" (Silver Route) in Spain from Salamanca to Compostela.
September 2013, I rode across India on a 500cc Royal Enfield.
In March 2011, I did the Portuguese Camino. I walked over 300 miles(500km) on the Portuguese way all the way from Lisbon, Portugal to Compostela, Spain.
In 2010 I spent almost a year in Afghanistan. Then I travelled to North America. Mainly the East Coast of the United States.
July of 2009 I've hiked the North Indian Himalayas Ladakh and Zanskar mountain range as a trekking guide.
Summer of 2008 I have made a long distance cycling trip on my own. I cycled along on the Silk Roads. From China to Europe, through Central Asia. All the way back to Europe.
In the year 2006, I've done the French Way on El Camino Santiago in Northern Spain. I started to walk from St. Jean Pied de Port, France and over 500 miles later I've reached the Atlantic in Spain.
Immediately after my trip I`ve travelled and volunteered in India and Nepal for almost a year.
I travelled through South East Asia and embarked on a Working Holiday in India and Nepal for over a year. During this time I gained some fantastic international travel exposure. I also gained an invaluable three months experience in teaching English for the local students in the Himalayas Meantime I had also done an independent Mt Everest Base Camp trek, which I had organised myself.
I try to manage a pretty healthy lifestyle. I often do various sports, even extem sports and it might sound a bit boring, however, I don't smoke, don't drink and yes I'm a vegan too.
I have visited about 40 countries (22.8%) of The World.
PHILOSOPHY
Life is about trusting your feelings. Taking chances. Dare to be yourself. Learning from the past, appreciating the memories. And realising that life goes on.
CURRENT MISSION
Find the "Aleph" a point that condenses space and time in continuous change.
