Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The best way to explore another country is by trying to live a life of locals. This is what me and my boyfriend have been doing for the last 5 years now - starting from staying at airbnbs, with friends of friends (of friends) in different countries, trying to find the most local things to experience and to do. However, we've actually never tried couchsurfing up until now. My boyfriend has used it a couple of times while hitchhiking and it's been on my list to try for a while now. Therefore - here we go! We're going on a hitchhiking trip and exploring the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain and any other country that surprisingly appears on our road. Hopefully, we can find some friendly people to host us while we're on this adventure. Thank you in advance! :)

Music - everything from Broadway musicals' soundtracks to country music.
Books - I'm actually collecting A. de Saint-Exupéry's "The Little Prince" in all the different languages that come to my sight and on my travels. If you have an edition you don't need - it would definitely be safe with me.
Movies - Moulin Rouge, Meet Joe Black, Blue Planet II, Life is Beautiful, Jeux d'Enfants, the Harry Potter series and many more.
