I practiced a lot of sport in my life, like swimming, basketball, volleyball, athletics, archery, but the milestones of my life are
artistic gymnastics, which was my first discipline ever, and I will always love it.
Horse riding, in fact I love horses
Now I'm practising martial arts, starting my fourth year of Aikido and second year of Daito-ryu. What to say.. I just love it. I love the way I know my body and the concept that you know nothing even though you think to know everything and the absolute respect in the other people. All this can be reflected in "real life", off the tatami.
I also like to weightlifting and to ski

I love animals and wildlife. And I also love long walks in mountains. I think it's a way to reconcile with themselves.
