I am really enjoying the couchsurfing world...it's exciting...someday when I can afford to, I will travel and hopefully find couches to stay on.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was part of a group who created a film festival in our community along with a monthy 'Basement Bijou'...I mostly was trying to bring art opportunities of the not so common kind to our town...I was also the hostess in my community for the Home Routes Music Circuit Borealis Trail which brings amazing musicians from across Canada and beyond to 'off the beaten' trail locations to perform acoustical house concerts. Its wonderful!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I heard about it through a couchsurfer and have had several excellent personal experiences so far...I am hoping to meet many more people like the wonderful people who "surfed my couch", but this time I will be the surfer. :)

I was house and pet sitting for a couple of months in Grafton NSW Australia and in St. Mary's Tasmania Australia. I was also lucky enough to live for over a month in the beautiful Blue Mountains in Blackheath NSW Australia.
