About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To learn spanish and read G. M. Marquez in original language!

ABOUT ME

I am straightforward, conservative, liberal Lithuanian seeking for adventures and crazy stories on daily basis. Constantly worrying and enjoying life, culture and nature.

PHILOSOPHY

La vida no vale nada, Jim Jarmuch "Litmits of control"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Cause I believe that travelling without meeting locals are boring and vain. Back in the day had a lot of unforgetable couchsurfing stories in Warsaw, Thessaloniki, Florence, Bergamo, Venice,
Madrid (almost every experience was amazing except a creep in Barcelona!).

Music, Movies, and Books

I love magical realism, philosophy, poetry, but I need to be honest - I need to read more!

Live instrumental music always makes me feel inspired but I'm sooo bad when it comes to talking about genres and favourite bands.. too wide!

Movies are something I need to prepare myself for cause I don't like spending my time watching something mediocre, I need a film to change my life a bit haha. Also, I can't watch comedies alone!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Collecting sunsets from all over the world
- Hitchhiking in the US across the west coast
- Participating in riots in Exarchia, Athens
- Finding people speaking my native language on most remote places in the world
- Reading poetry, listening how people read poetry and falling asleep, listening how people read poetry in another language which I don't understand and trying to imagine what's it about ...
- Walking in the streets of new city and feeling so free knowing that nobody knows youp
- Walking in my city streets and finding something unique every time
- Swimming in random remote places in Malta at night
- Trying to talk with strangers (cats, dogs, homeless people, Jesus lovers, weirdos, intellectuals, artists)

Still in process...

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to be a student more than a teacher but if you show me at least a tiny interest in Lithuania, I will not stop teaching you random lithuanian words!
