Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I initially joined several years ago because a friend hosted some couch surfers and I thought I'd check it. Love to meet new people and experience cities and towns from the perspective of a local.

Interests

Photography and anything outdoors... Hiking, cycling (road and mountain), XC skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, swimming, yoga, camping, gardening, kayaking learning how to fly fish and perfecting my paddle boarding technique.

And of course, meeting new people and exploring new places.

Music, Movies, and Books

Eclectic musical taste runs the entire gamut with the exception of country music, although some of it is growing on me. Movies - comedy, documentaries. Art in all forms.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Slept in an igloo, been to the center of the Great Pyramid, and to the top of the world's tallest building.
