ABOUT ME

Hello! I work full time and am in an accelerated Master's Degree program at St. Bonaventure University. I am doing a study abroad at Oxford University this summer, and after that is over I will be traveling around for 11 days. I love dogs, coffee, reading, school (seriously), traveling, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures. I am very friendly and live to find the bright side of life.

PHILOSOPHY

Every thing I do and see and hear I try to learn from. I am a learner for life, and think travel is necessary for learning.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am looking to find some places to stay while traveling one night in London and two nights (three days) in Paris toward the end of July.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't officially used Couchsurfing before, but I have used AirBNB and have had traveling experiences where I met people based on people who knew people that I knew. It's so fun, and a great way to meet people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all music, but really like indie or alternative. I enjoy all types of movies, and like going into a movie without knowing a thing about it or what genre it would fit into... it helps you to really feel the film better. I love all books, and I mean that. Self-help, fiction, biography -- I read them all. The Harry Potter and A Game of Thrones series are some of my favorites, but I truly enjoy all books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I worked in Hawai'i on a cruise ship for a year as a firefighter.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am good at marketing and creating visually interesting things. I need to learn language, and have not applied myself to another language yet (that's on my list of things to do once I have my degree finished.)
