ABOUT ME

This profile is shared by Bàrbara and Laura. We're friends since at university, where we were classmates and we shared lunch every day. Until today, we have been shared lots of experiencies, weird stories, emotions, and every nice thing you can imagine... Fortunatelly, our ways are still together now, Laura is living in Cerdanyola del Vallès (Barcelona) and travel quite often around Europe and South America and Bàrbara is living in la Floresta, a very nice village near Barcelona.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We had great experiences with CS since we were lost in Florence looking for somewhere to sleep and someone explained us the CS network. We have hosted nice people in Laura's home and we have couched in Denmark, Holland, Spain, New Zealand... We only have nice things to say!

Interests

Laura is just this kind of person that you want in your life: clever, funny, optimist, and she make you smile extremously easy. She always makes the best of things and she's very easy going. You can meet her in parties, salsa dancings and one of the hundreds of activities that she does in her town, percussion band, folk dances, gender discussion groups...
Claudia is kind, sweet and very passionate, she loves cooking, doing exercise, and comunicate, she always has a good story to tell. She likes the countryside and the wilderness, and any kind of DIY.

Music, Movies, and Books

Bàrbara thinks "the Dark Knight" is a masterpiece, good combination of action and well defined characters. For her, Kill Bill, Gone with the wind, and 300 are all MUST.
There are hundreds of books she recommends but Lord of the Flies (William Goding) and Il Barone Rampante (ITalo Calvino) are staples.
About music, she listen to Johnny Cash, Explosions in the Sky, Rancid and Beethoven.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think most of the simple things are the better ones: looking the rising sun on the top of a mountain, sharing time with children, playing a snowball war with my friends, eating a delicious homemade food...
