About Me

CURRENT MISSION

DARING - Life cant fully bloom unless i take the boldest leaps.
And ultimately living a gentler life, one little act at a time, nothing fancy, spiced up with the right amount of crazy, for the recipe to be full of taste!

ABOUT ME

Nature Lover, Experimenting Enthusiast, Growth Explorer. Outgoing but I do worship my alone time. People to me are the most interesting world to travel, building bridges of understanding over any boundary, because curiosity is my strongest drive. I teach Yoga to children and adults as a passion and means of support, motivated by the golden value of giving my little precious contribution to this crazy world, by supporting others' shine so more people can contribute with their unique full expression. I love simple things and being close to the wilderness: stargazing, strolls, people's minds, foraging, cooking and sharing with friends old and new, dancing.

PHILOSOPHY

mother earth ♥ holy land

"We doh see skin
We doh see colour
We see strength
We see power
We doh see race
One or di other
Once he is breathing on dis earth he is ma brother"
Famalay - Machel Montano, Bunji Garlin, Skinny Fabulous

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Feeling at home where hearts and doors are open.
It's just the best way to get introduced to a place, local culture, by meeting amazingly openminded people.
On the other hand it' lovely to make someone feel welcome in a new environment and just exchange eachother's humanity.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Enjoyed couches in Italy sometimes in 2012, then again in 2019 with my sis in NYC with another CS account, hence here you can find very little reviews.
Then I hosted a little bit myself, and I intend to do it more often in the next years.

Interests

sustainable holistic living, sharing laughters, yoga, dancing, wiggling, swirling, dipping in all kind of waters, picking wild herbs, cooking simply, tree climbing, all cycles and rituals of nature, being creative, exchanging knowledge, experiences and point of views, being generous and spontaneous, being bold honest and direct, learning how to connect a little more every time i meet a new person, broadening my horizons by living fully.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'll start with music, that is a lot already!
Such a huge variety, i like to discover new surprising music all the time, any suggestion?

I'm very moody on this one, i go through phases, a few examples of what i love:
- singer songwriters who convey their soul with simple instruments
- the unpredictability jazz
- fusion music, that i adore
- any good live session actually
- rock I listen to much less than in the past
- dancing to soca, raggae, dancehall, raggaeton, dub, afrobeat, probably badly😅 but dancing is about FUN, so 🤷🏽‍♀️

I especially love to fill myself up with the music belonging to a certain culture/place I visit, it often talks about the local way of living so much more than words.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Teaching to little children, one of the toughest, most precious and important things i get to do in this life.

Teach, Learn, Share

Anything relating to self awareness, personal growth, but also practical tricks, recipes, original ideas, anything REAL that life taught to the people i meet.
I love authentic people, who like to talk directly from their experience, whose strenght, self confidence, openness are a consequence of bold choices, of daring to take risks, to take those leaps that allow life to bloom!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Stories, homely cooked fusion food, a lovely spacious house, a small cozy room
