My name is Griff Tovey and I'm a 25 year old currently living in Portland, OR, US! I majored in Public Health and Spanish (which I have studied for over 4 years now.) I am a certified personal trainer, and also have worked for a professional NBA team, The Portland Trail Blazers, on the side. I have a huge passion for language, and would love to be able to stay somewhere where I can practice Spanish, Portuguese, French, etc! It would be a pleasure to be able to stay with someone and be able to help you practice English in return!

I like to think that I have a decent sense of humor, and I love to meet new people! I absolutely love learning about new cultures and languages, and sharing stories of my own. I think it's way more fun to learn about a city with the help of a local, rather than going off on my own and doing the regular touristy stuff!

When I lived in Tucson, AZ, USA I played in a band that got the opportunity to play in front of more than 2000 people for a contest! We won the show, and it was one of the most incredible moments of my life.
