About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To couch surf by the end of the year
ABOUT ME
I'm a friendly person that enjoys the small things in life, I don't like rushing through my day or keeping myself distracted all of the time. I think that meeting other people and seeing life and the world through someone else's eyes is the most incredible experience in the world. I don't take myself very seriously and like to joke and have a good time no matter where I am or who I'm with, because I think you can have fun in almost any situation.
PHILOSOPHY
I believe that traveling the world, experiencing other cultures and seeing the life through other's eyes makes you grow as a person and broadens one's view and concept of life and what's really important. I know it helped me discover myself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am looking to couch surf by the end of year as I haven't traveled in a couple years and I have to see more of the world. I would be glad to hang out with any couch surfers that come through Jacksonville, although I cannot host at this time.
Interests
Music and travel (obviously) are my two biggest interest. I love making and listening to music. I played guitar for 8 years and now I do music production. I can talk to someone about traveling and the experiences they've had for hours and never get bored. Any time I meet a fellow traveler I am amazed at how two complete strangers from different parts of the world can have an immediate connection and have so much to talk about without having ever met before.

Music, Movies, and Books
American Beauty, Requiem for a Dream, Alien, Martyrs. These are some of my all time favorites. If i had to pick a genre it would most likely be horror, French horror to be specific.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was younger I spent a month traveling across the US, visiting about 15 cities in a month and seeing many of the famous parts of the US. I also spent two weeks in a small fishing village in mexico which was my first international experience, and the first time I was really immersed in a foreign culture as a non-tourist. It wasn't until I spent two months in Northern Thailand working with my aunt and uncle's mission group that I really found out that this was my life's passion. Spending every day going somewhere new and meeting new people and eating food I'd never heard of and seeing other people's lives first hand changed my life, it broadened my view on the world and changed what I thought life should be about. It amazed me that people who have almost nothing as far as material possessions, seemed to find more enjoyment in life than all of the people back at home with more luxuries than we know what to do with.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would like to teach others whatever it is that I can, although I'm not claiming to be a great teacher haha. There is no end to what I want to learn about life, people and cultures, life is a school that never ends and class is in session every day. I look at traveling as a different class in that same school.
