I'm all about exploring the outdoors, exchanging stories, and learning about the passions of others. Like all of us I have a passion for traveling and exploring the cultures and lives of others. It's my hope that we can share an experience together that will alter our future trajectory in a positive way.

The people you meet make the experience. I want my trips to be more than sightseeing and working through a check list. That's where I turn to couch surfing to engage with those who know the location and culture more intimately.

Kurt Vonnegut is certainly my favorite author. I find myself reading a lot of European or American history otherwise.

The best book I've read recently is 'Prisoners of Geography' by Tim Marshall
