About Me

I was born in Armenia and have been living in Lithuania for over 17 years now, which I consider my home. Being a part of 2 different cultural backgrounds already feels like knowing sooo much, but there is always something new you can learn.
I find it hard to describe myself, so I won't write much, just that I'm usually respectful, polite and friendly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mostly I've been using Couchsurfing for meeting new people when I'm going somewhere (even inside Lithuania), which can result in new friendships. Couldn't say, that I use it to save money anymore, as I often end up spending more on activities with the host anyway :) Also I want to give back by hosting people, but not too often so please don't take it personally if I reject you because that's too many for me.
Slava Ukraini! No vatniks, please.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music playlist looks very random, with genres from classical music to indie and pop. Not really sure what makes a song likeable to me.
As for movies, my all time favorite from my childhood is "The Lord of The Rings". I used to watch popular movies, like Star Wars, Harry Potter, The Matrix, Marvel movies and so on, but now I pick movies which are rated the best by critics. Examples of the ones I liked: In the mood for love, A clockwork orange, Manchester by the sea, 12 angry men, 7 samurai, Pulp fiction, Citizen Kane, City Lights and so on...
I grew up not reading books unfortunately. I started doing it after my bachelor's degree, but usually I'm learning something and don't have time to read much, just a couple of books a year. The ones I liked are "The color purple", "1984", "Idiot", "The hunger games" trilogy, and "The little prince". Also I really liked a non-fiction book called "Thinking, fast and slow".
