ABOUT ME

How well does somebody's self image reflect what they're really like? Depends what mood they're in for a start.

But enough avoiding the question. How I started answering this question probably gives you some idea. Beyond that I do the standard people things like eating and sleeping.

PHILOSOPHY

I am a big fan of Allan Watts but I don't really have a personal philosophy. Just keep going because it's better than not.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Just by surfing at the moment but I'm planning on hosting when I have a place of my own.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have couchsurfed as part of a group with my friends Ellen, Greg and Rory. I'm currently travelling alone.

Interessi

Maths and science have been an interest my whole life. In general I'm interested in trying to get to the bottom of how things work.

Musica, film e libri

I mainly listen to punk and ska (1st, 2nd and 3rd wave) music but I like quite a lot of energetic music: eg jungle and the like for dancing to.

Trainspotting and Fight Club are both both good books and good films.

A Scanner Darkly was a great film. I should probably read the book.

I'm not sure but I'm hoping whatever it is that I'll top it soon.

I know quite a bit about computers, programming, digital electronics, Computer Science and Maths and some Physics so if you're interested in any of those I can certainly give teaching a little about any of them a go. I'm not sure how much help but I can certainly give teaching a bit of English a try.

I like learning all sorts of different things but I'm particularly interested in Philosophy, Politics and Music. Oh and a little bit of any language would be very practical.
