Uhh dificult to say as there are so many good books and movies. One movie that impressed me a lot is: into the wild.
And one of many good books that I just finished reading is "the Art of hearing heartbeats" from Jan-Philipp Sendker.

Hiking up a 5000m high Mountain in Bolivia... And enjoying the amazing few from the top. The only missing thing: oxygen :)
