I enjoy music that has a feel good tune and I appreciate lyrics with a positive message and I also enjoy songs that play on mainstream radio. I enjoy Non-fiction books that are geared toward self development.

I Played with elephants in a mud bath in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Additionally, I Meditated with monks in Thailand Temple for 10 silent days. I also wrote a book about this experience. It is called "Learning by Doing" on Amazon.
