ABOUT ME

38 yrs old easy going person who loves to travel, try to take advantage of my job benefits to travel every time I can. There's nothing better than to get someplace and meet a local, get to know them, exchange ideas, tips & tricks,culture, etc. I have been doing this for a couple of years but not through CS, with this website I see a new world of opportunities waiting for me!

PHILOSOPHY

Try to live each day as if its the last one, help whomever might be in need, money can't buy that satisfaction when you know you did something good for someone!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The first CS experience was a great one, met my friend Faruk in Turkey, great guy with whom I spent some time exploring the area. This was great because he met me where the bus from the airport took me and we walked to the hotel, at night I asked him to take me to a restaurant where locals go and he took me... during my stay we met for drinks, etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing experience was to travel to the south island of New Zealand for 5 days. I rented a camper and drove around the island stopping by the main attractions in the cities, taking my time to explore as much as I could and to be in the middle of nowhere for hours without seeing a single soul!!! what an experience! skying in Christchurch, the speed boat ride, ah! This was in 2004 and in 2009 did again this trip but stayed 11 days in NZ, really got to explore it! One of my favorite places in the world!
