CURRENT MISSION

With my master degree in education (to teach history and geography), I decided to go to work in a bakery in France. (Try to make a link). I now take advantage of my geographical position to discover Europe by bike! First goal: Bucarest. Second goal: Copenhaguen.

Update: the trip is over. I am now living in Montreal in a nice - not too big not too small - apartment.

I have many occupation like tour leader, teacher (part time), camp animator... and, off course, traveling. I realy enjoy meeting people on my road, because it is my way of living: be surounded by good people.

ABOUT ME

A good guy, realy. Haha, I sure like to cook for me and other people. Discover new type of food, new places. I try to keep my body in good shape with swimming, soccer, biking, etc. I like to try some new outoor activities.
I like having interesting discussion as we say in french «refaire le monde autour d'une bière» (re«make» the world around a beer?!?).
Funny, yes we can say that... and I love to laugh!

PHILOSOPHY

Be good with other people as you want them to be good with you.
As simple as this: it feels so good to fall on a generous person while you're traveling. Couchsurfing just give a little help.

I was living with 3 roomates in Rimouski and we were realy easy going. We liked to receive people that were willing to go beyond Montreal and Quebec city. How strong they were!

J'aime faire de la photo, du vélo, du foot et prendre un verre en bonne compagnie! Que dire de la cuisine, je trouve que c'est une des activités les plus agréables, surtout à plusieurs et avec de la musique...

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Je suis un fan de musique. J'adore écouter attentivement la mélodie. Quelques groupes: Misteur Valaire, Nightmares on Wax, Pink Floyd, Beatles, Jean Leloup, Chinese Man, Ratatat, Papa Groove, DJ Champion. Je peux même dériver vers la musique du monde, quand le moment est opportun.
Pour les films et les livres, je laisse les autres me suggérer... Je tente de lire les classiques, et je découvre peu à peu le monde des bandes dessinées (Le combat ordinaire notamment).

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I speak almost perfectly three langages and I love to share my knowledge... I love to learn and show how to cook, how to repair a bicycle, and a little bite of piano or drums.

I like to try a meal from Quebec, which is not too complicated. Or just to hear the opinion about the place where the person live.
I do understand that the time the host can spend with me can vary, and I don't blame anyone!
