CURRENT MISSION

Having been really held back in previous years working for corporate giants... ... my goals now are to meet new people, here in England and around the world. Young or old, everyone has a part to play in this life and sharing is whats important for me.

ABOUT ME

Me... I enjoy living my life by finding ways to travel and learn new things.Simplicity...I am a father to a beautiful son and supporting his growth and development is a beautiful gift.I guess i spent too many years stuck in what some could call a great career, with a big salary, long hours and little mind capacity to think for myself. I changed all that a year ago by leaving it all behind in search of the real me and a real life filled with the people who mean alot to me. I have a desire and passion to help and support young people, people who for what ever reason have found difficulty in their life. To make this my reality i need to study more and gain experience so this has become my motivation. It may take some time which for me is fine as the journey i am sure will provide some interesting moments. I love to travel and have found some incredible places, India being the most beautiful and rich experience i have ever had. Taking time out to really see a country is amazing, I spent 3 months mainly in Rajasthan, full of colour, beauty, inspiring people, smells, richness like i have never encountered before. I can't wait to return there an experience more. Oh L'India.... ....

PHILOSOPHY

To live my life happy and healthy, respecting the world we live in, respecting my body and sharing what I have when I can.
I feel that there is much we can learn from this world if we allow ourselves, sometimes this means helping others to see this perspective which is enriching.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As you can see i'm new to this but have had the chance to meet people already.I am able to spend time with people who want to spend time in London or people just passing through. I have lived here for many years and it would be a pleasure to offer my support in whatever way i can whilst you are in town.Unfortunately due to my living circumstances i am not able to host but i do hope that in the future i will be able to.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met some great people so far and really want to meet more. Both here in London and also as i travel.I would like to connect with a group, person who maybe interested inlearning english and helping me with my Italian...So if this is you i would love to hear from you.

I love to travel and find new exciting places to spend time... I'm not a conventional traveller, I prefer to book flights and create an itinerary as I go, taking what comes as I move about, soaking up what people tell you and deciding what to do and where to go the morning you wake up!!
I enjoy reading but need to devote more time to this so i actually finish a book. I love to learn new things and currently I am learning to speak Italian. Film is another passion, to me this is inspiring.
My last passion is staying fit and healthy, I love to run and do so most days along with a session at the gym, not obsessive just healthy.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Day 4 in India we arrived in a little place, Fatehpur sikri. An incredible village set underneath the most beautiful mosque. We stayed for 3 nights, whilst most came in by bus for an hour or two then left... What a miss.Wandering through the quaint market a guy stopped me and we spoke, can't remember why but he just started to speak and he looked so intriguing. I was mesmerised by his openness, kindness and his story. We sat and drank chai for a while a he invited us into his home for a dinner with his family the following day. A man of his words the following day he was there, waiting for us and sure enough we went into his home, shared with 24 of his family and ate a wonderful dinner. The experience was so rich, emotive and powerful that i will never forget it. He watched over us while we stayed in the village, helping us and just showing up at the right moments.....
