ABOUT ME

I'm into food, art, coffee, beer, love, people, books, and whiskey. I have spent my post college years working in various parts of the country and found myself in Alaska. I work seasonal jobs in tourism and food and beverage, play full time in an indie rock band, and hike, backpack, snowboard, climb, and explore all over Alaska. I do love my life.

PHILOSOPHY

I live and have a meaningful, beautiful live because of the variety of amazing, personal, and tangible interactions/relationships I have and will continue to have throughout my life.

Places to sleep should be free. Human interaction should be free. I think this is what couch surfing is all about.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted some amazing people at my place in Spokane, WA while in college, then went and traveled across Europe, couchsurfing and meeting the most amazing people along the way. I hosted several people while i lived in Jackson, WY who have become friends and have begun hosting folks up here in Alaksa

Music that is good. I listen to a hell of a lot of music. Listening to music and playing the drums have kept me sane. The variety includes: Animal Collective, Boards of Canada, Liars, Tokyo Police Club, Radiohead, Clinic, Bibio, Xiu Xiu, Menomena, Deerhoof,.....among many many others.
