Overview
About Me
I'm originally from the San Francisco Bay Area but have been living for the past 10 years in Switzerland. Growing up, I traveled often with my mom across the states of America, and I suppose the "hobby" stuck with me.
I try to travel when I can: I learn not only more about the world, but also more about myself. My favorite thing is to be out in nature, overlooking an amazing scenery. But discovering a city is pretty great too. :)
Places I'd love to see:
- Faroe Islands
- French Polynesia
- Georgia
- Tuscany, Italy
- New Zealand
- Patagonia & Torres del Paine
- Mongolia, Xinjiang, and Kyrgyzstan
Places I loved:
- Norway (Lofoten archipelago)
- Iceland
- Malta (Gozo island)
- Mauritius
- Basque Country
- Bosnia & Herzegovina (Sarajevo, Mostar)
- and Switzerland of course (ask me for tips!)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I was away from Couchsurfing for several years because after my studies, I could no longer host guests. But I have some great memories from both hosting and surfing and got to meet some amazing people from different walks of life. Now, I'm returning and hope to meet even more incredible people from all over the world and see the world with a bit of local help.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I got my tongue stuck to a bus stop pole during a Norwegian winter because I was curious and thought it would be an experience. It sure was. I don't know if that counts as "amazing," but in my defense, I'm from California.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to do the Charleston.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A friendly conversation, travel tips, and if I've had some to drink, perhaps some songs.
