About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Promoting friendship, international communication and Nicaraguan culture

ABOUT ME

I like meeting with and learning from people from English-speaking countries or Europe. I am a freelance worker and I like to go to the park. I love speaking English. If I am busy, I can give you directions.

I enjoy morning and evening walking in parks. If you are a natural explorer, we might go to places. I was an English teacher form many years. I am trying to be vegetarian, but it is not an easy task.

I have one guest room. Time permitting I will be glad to show you around, or give you directions. I live nearby the Roberto Huembes Market and bus terminal, which connects all southwest Nicaragua. See my blog. www.nicaraguanbooks.blogspot.com

New projects

I am trying to relax more and go out of the city to different towns. Life is more fun when sharing with interesting people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to make international friends and I have a couch for one or two persons for 3 or 4 days, non-smokers and clean. I am easy going now, and time permitting I enjoy going out .

I love talking about any subject because I was a conference interpreter and I am a translator and writer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I studied in the US I stayed on holidays at some of my friends or students' houses. More recently, I have been welcome and stayed at some teachers´ houses in Central America.

I enjoyed all of my couchsurfing in the US and Central America. But once, I almost died in the snow because I got lost in small town in Wisconsin. I went out by myself and all of sudden it was dark, but I found some kids tobbogganing on a mountain in the evening. They took me home I was exhausted and my toes were dumbed.

If you are not Communist/Socialist, you are welcome to come to my place.

Interests

If you want to know something about me, Google Rolando Ernesto Tellez. You will get plenty of stuff.

My interest world affairs, social networking, cultural activities, etc. I try to do best to protect the environment, trying to be vegetarian. I love walking and engage in different activities whenever possible. No communist.
