Overview
About Me
I am a Chemistry student at the UBA (Universidad de Buenos Aires). I have taught (chem) at high-school and also as an Associate Professor at the University itself. I am finishing my master's and I work part time as a Scholar at the CNEA (National Commission for Atomic Energy) developing novel hydrogen fueled batteries. I am very passionate about sustainable technologies and I aim to provide a worthy input someday. I more passionate though, about Football (not American Football, mind it, I only watch the Superbowl) and I have been playing for clubs at different levels of the pyramid here in Argentina. I enjoy playing guitar and piano and very much love travelling and learning new languages.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am travelling to England to try out for a couple of Football Clubs but I am really short on money so I am intent on finding a chance of accommodation which isn't so costly.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I love the Beatles (to me they are the BEST BAND EVER, that seems to me beyond contestation), and rock and roll in general. I love (without specific order) the Stones, the Who, the Doors, the Strokes, Nirvana, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, System of a Down, Pink Floyd, Caetano Veloso, Charlie Parker, Green Day, Ramones, Guns'n'Roses, Neil Young, Eminem, 2Pac, Olivia Rodrigo.
I also love (it was my first love actually) classical music, Beethoven's symphonies, Motzart's concerts, Tchaikovsky's concerts and ballets, Brahms dances.
Books: I love Alexandre Dumas, Maya Angelou, Gabriel García Marquez, Victor Hugo, Conan Doyle, Wilde, Shelly, two Bronte sisters I always mix up, Borges, Salinger.
Movies: The Godfather, After Hours, Citizen Kane, No Country for Old Men, Fargo, and I think that, notwithstanding how it doesn't seem to harmonize with the rest of the list, that the First Movie of Pirates of the Caribbean is my favourite (at leas is on the top 3).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Ooooofffffff, uhm, I discovered (I didn't quite discovered as much as rediscovered) an old colonial tunnels network below my 376-years-old-highschool (it was one of those old aristocratic schools, Eaton-like).
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my cooking abilities, I am, modesty aside, a fairly good cook. I can make from Mushroom's Lasagna, pasta carbonara, pumpkin soufflé, roasted beef, pulled pork, exquisite salads that are full dishes (with fruit, greens, nuts, cruttons, subtle yet intense dressings), pumpkin pie, apple crumble, rogel cake (provided I can find dulce de leche), spicy caramel flavoured cakes. I can also help with the chores on the house.
