Heya! Nice to meet you! I'm Guido from Italy living in France but currently in New Jersey until September. After living in Italy, Belgium and France, I am now spending the summer semester at Rutgers University, in New Jersey. In my free time, I enjoy any kind of mountain related activity, I love skiing in winter and backpacking and bikepacking in summer. I also enjoy the vibes of the cities and I'm always down for a beer :)

I will visit New York and the East Coast in general in the next months, I hope I can get to know you!

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I love travelling, meeting new people, and getting into different cultures. I hope I can meet some locals everywhere I go, it's such a different experience when you have someone from the place. I would say I am genuinly curious about how people live in the places I visit and Couchsurfing can help on this!

I enjoy listening music from different countries in different languages. I currently enjoy Girl in Red from Norway, Oques Grasses from Spain, AnnenMayKantereit from Germany and Oscar Anton from France. I also enjoy listening LoFi music while working.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

In August 2022, I organised with some friends a bike trip in Ladakh, a desertic mountain region in the North of India. It was a very enriching experience, I slept in very isolated villages and monasteries and I enjoyed the silence and the vastness of the Himalayas.

Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes

I would love spening a dinner together, I could cook an italian dish for you! I would also enjoy walking around the city and drinking some beers with the host.
