My name is Guido and I love the life and traveling. I like to share experiences with other people, wether eating something and chatting about what we are gonna do next weekend or talk about what's the meaning of life.

I was going to take a "normal" way to live: I went to school, then to university and I tried to work in office. I felt there was something wrong in what I was doing so I started traveling (alone) to understand better. There isn't a better way to be honest with you by traveling by yourself and see the world from different points of view.

Now I live in my city Palermo, working with houses for tourists and other small businesses. My mission for the next years is to find the financial independency and feel free to travel the world and do my hobbies for the rest of my life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on CS because I'd have the chance to stay in authentic places with authentic people, to share experiences and to know about new cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books

I sympathize mostly any kind of rock music, but I like the 'good' music so I'm open to everything. The same is for movies, but if I had to choose maybe I'd watch a Marvel movie! I like books about soul-searching, buddhism, sometimes about business/marketing/personal growth.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I organized my 9 month travel to Australia only 2 weeks before leaving.

I can teach some italian, how too cook some traditional dishes, something about photography and videomaking.
