About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'd like to meet people from anywhere, to get to know the world a little bit ;)

ABOUT ME

I write poetry, lyrics and stories and I sing everywhere I can (or where I think I can ;)

I'm an evening person, like drinking tea, drinks or have dinner with friends, or with people I just met. I also like to go to bars and dance in the evenings. I like watching people in the city, but also love biking, walking and just sitting in the woods around Utrecht or Hilversum.

I'm open minded, liberal and agnostic.

PHILOSOPHY

I have no clue what is the meaning of life, but while we're living, why not make it an interesting, fun ride? I feel very happy doing creative stuff, alone or together with others.

"Sous les paves, c'est la plage.
The grass has covered all the scars.
Where waves end, we will meet.
Death's an ocean, life's a beach"
;)

(Btw: "Sous les paves, la plage" means "underneath the pavement, there's a beach")

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I host ;)
And get to know various people in the process!

Occasionally I also am a guest somewhere. I've been visiting Gent this way a while ago, it was a nice experience!

I did organize events for international students in Utrecht some years ago. I have been a mentor and a member of the cultural comity of ESN Utrecht (Erasmus Student Network, http://www.esn-utrecht.nl).

Teach, Learn, Share

Cool idea!

- I can help people learn Dutch
- English too, depending on your level ;)
- Exchanging writings would be nice

- I'd like to learn to play guitar and piano
- and I like singing, so jamming is always good anyway!

What I Can Share with Hosts

- My Spotify or Netflix account/tv and stereo..
- My kitchen: I like cooking, but offcourse I also don't mind people helping or cooking for me!
- My couch: a couch that also become a 1 or 2 person bed with real matrasses. Sounds comfy? It is :)
