Algo increíble que he hecho

I did a meditation course called Vipassana. Was 10 days without talking, mobile phone or internet, just vegetarian food and a lot of love and respect. Was a amazing experience and changed my life.

Retiro de meditação Vipassana de 10 dias, onde segui todas as regras ao longo dos dias, como por exemplo, não se comunicar de forma alguma, apenas comida vegetariana , sem telefone ou internet. Foi uma experiência incrível e que mudou minha vida.
