About Me

Brazilian, 24 years old (after January/17), law student (graduating by the end of January/17), grew up listening to all sorts of music due to my family's influence (some of them are musicians), and when I was teenager I began to watch more and more movies. Now I can say I'm a fan of music just as well as of film. Also, I'm kind of a geek sometimes, so we can always talk about that too.

Music, Movies, and Books

In not any particular order.

Movies: Drive, Let The Right One In (swedish version), The Secret In Their Eyes, Inglorious Basterds, The Shining, The Exorcist, Gone Baby Gone, The Cabin In The Woods, etc.

Music: it really depends on the time. Nowadays I'm listening to Snarky Puppy, Lang Lang, Cóctel, even some Sia. Some months ago I was listening to Hozier, Dave Matthews Band, Jacob Collier and so on.

Books: O Outro Pé da Sereia ("The Mermaid's Other Foot" by Mia Couto), Um, Dois e Já ("One, Two, Go", by Inés Bortagaray), Lord of the Flies, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, A Máquina de Fazer Espanhois ("The Spanish-Making Machine", by Valter Hugo Mãe), and Gone Girl.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Nothing so far, really. But I'm planning a backpack through Europe - my first big travel, not counting the times I went to Uruguay, so that's amazing I guess!

What I Can Share with Hosts

My music taste: I can show some good brazilian music, if you're interested, for example. I'm always up for listening to new stuff, as well. There's also brazilian cuisine, but I wouldn't risk anyone's tastebuds with my cooking - trust me, you're better off without it. Can cook some mean eggs, though.
