About Me

My name is Guilherme, I am from Brazil.
I started a project called World Coast Journey for the Preservation of the Seas. The idea is to go through the entire world coast using means of transport that does not pollute to speak and aware as many people about the waste problems and mainly about the plastic on the beaches and Oceans.

The first stage was in 2015 on the Mediterranean coast where I bike almost 16,000 kilometers, going through 13 countries and speaking to more than 2,400 people on the waste and especially plastic problems on Beaches and Oceans.

The second stage was cycling in the north Europe from Holland to France and in Spain I join a sailing boat to cross the Atlantic Ocean to Martinica, then another to Panama cycling to Colombia. Later I went to Trinidad and Tobago to take another sailing boat to back to Brazil.

Now, a next stage to Belem and then return to Trinidad and Tobago to reform a sailing boat to make a Caribbean coast.

######
