Hello ! I'm Guillaume, a french student. I'm 20, tall and sometimes funny, I love food and new experiences, I tend to talk a lot but I'm a good listener as well. Travelling is a passion that I would love to embrace and I want to travel the world more than anything in my life.
I'm fluent in French (obviously) and in English as well (I lived in Canada for a year an exchange). Currently learning Spanish as well.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've only used CouchSurfing once during a trip to London, and I loved the concept ! It really was a positive experience ! The people I met here changed the way I visited the city, and I was able to discover so much more while discussing with them.
The philosophy of CouchSurfing is something that I want to experience once again, because I believe it's a total different way to visit a new place and to make connections.

Interests

I love to eat, and I'm not hiding it haha (don't be afraid, I bite food, not people ;) )
I exercise a lot, outside mostly.
I played the piano for 4 years now, but I'm also trying to learn the guitar, ukulele, and I'm basically interested into anything that produces music.
I like to party from time to time, but I mostly enjoy a good conversation.
I'll participate to any activitie and I'm willing to try anything new (as long as it's safe enough haha)
Currently in Engineering studies, I'm also widely interested in Technologies, Science and Society.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to many kinds of music, from classical to rock, variety or pop music, and I'm always curious to listen to new songs !

I love actions movies, but I also enjoy a lot movies that make you think. Otherwise I watch any kind of movies, even (really) bad ones haha.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've swam in a frozen lake in Canada for fun, almost lost both my feet but it remains a great memory !

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach my language (french) and all the culture that goes with it. I can also show you my cooking skills, as it is one of multiple hobbies. I have also multiple stories about my past travels !

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook dishes from France (and many others which I'm not sure where they come from)
I'm open to any subject of conversation, and I love to share my knowledge with the others, and even more to learn about theirs. I like to hear about other people's culture, lifestyle, vision, and many others !
