ABOUT ME

My name is Guillaume Carron. I am a French/American student in mechanical engineering. I speak French, English and I can have conversations in German. I was at University of Michigan for a semester and am now travelling through the US with Camille a really good friend of mine from france. I like to discover new culture and meet people from every places I go.

I was born in Santa Rosa California but my parents moved back to France when I was 1. I am american citizen but I actually don't know a lot about this country because I grew up in France. I love to travel and I am very easy to live. I am open minded and can have conversations with any kind of people.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm really easy to live, openminded I am a good listener and I make friends really easily

I am not into convincing people in any philosophy or way of living. I enjoy tolerence and you will never see me having controvecial discussions

I think life has to be enjoyed as much as possible. Smilling and making the people surrounding me happy is my main concern

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just discovered couchsurfing and the idea seems great I would really like to participate more especially when I'll be back to France to host and meet interesting people.

I am new to CS so my profile is not fully complete yet.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had just a few experience with couchsurfing, all of them were awesome ! I really like the idea and I will probably participate a lot in the coming years.

Interests

I love to travel and get to know interesting people. I am outgoing and easy to live. I love to share drinks and chill out home or in the city. I like to discover new beers and taste new food from anywhere.
You'll often find me in a bar or predrinking before to go to clubing !

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to many different kinds of music, mostly independant music whatever that means. But also rock, hip hop, electro, house,...
I usually go at least to one large music festival a year and to a couple of concerts.
I like comedy movies but I watch more TV shows than movies. I love New Girl, Game of Thrones, Dexter, Breaking Bad...
I am a huge fan of Will Ferrell and most of the movies he plays in

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Germany for 7 months this year and had a great time and made many friendsbeside the fact that I showed up in Stuttgart without knowing anyone and barely spoke german.
I am in the US since august and I really enjoy it so far. I went to Cedar Point and experienced skydiving for the first time these past 6 months
