About Me

I am a 23 year old spaniard, pretty talkative and cheerful I believe. I like being sociable, learn new stuff and joke around (bad jokes mostly but that's how it is)

***I am afraid it will be hard for me to host people right now. I have been changing homes lately so my situation is pretty unstable :(

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I heard about it the very first time I got immediately hooked, but didn't really have a chance to give it a try. After so many of my friends told me about their crazy unforgettable experiences, I decided to step in and try it on my own. I was not disappointed and I shared some wonderful experiences, even if most of my trips were done with other travellers.

I hope I can keep growing with this amazing concept, meeting more people and discovering amazing things along the way!

Interests

Music is probably my deepest passion. I really enjoy playing many instruments like piano, guitar or drums and writing my own music. I have also been in a couple of bands in college. Recently I started learning some basics about music production, creating some silly stuff in Ableton.

I like to try many different things but my main hobbies right now are juggling, rollerblading and playing volleyball/basketball. Let's include playing indie videogames and watching anime too.

Music, Movies, and Books

My weakness is definitely some really heavy music. Metal all the way \m/ specially some modern and technical stuff. Let's name Breakdown of Sanity, Erra, Northlane, Architects, Novelists, Parkway Drive, August Burns Red, In Flames, Animals as Leaders, Periphery and so on. (I also a lot of electronic and funky stuff besides metal, there is room for everything).

I try to be a cinephile but I still have a lot to see. To name a few of my favorites: Reservoir Dogs, The Usual Suspects, Matrix, Scarface, Saw, This is England, Pulp Fiction, The Godfather, The Departed... They are mostly classics but damn they are good! I am really crazy about mind-bending movies too, like Memento, Mr Nobody, Primer, Shutter Island, 12 Monkeys... that kind of stuff.

I really enjoy Terry Pratchett and Lovecraft books. I also like sci-fi things such as Ender's Game or The Gods Themselves. Other personal favorites: 1984, Brave New World, One Hundred Years of Solitude, The Name of the Wind.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I played drums in one band I used to have and we dressed as many random things. I will always remember playing a drum solo dressed as a cow. Pretty intense.
