About Me

Besides working as a programmer, I play guitar and sing in a rock band, which is probably my favorite thing to do in the world. I also love learning about languages (even if it's just a few words), and even though I didn't have to the chance to travel a lot yet, I look forward to it all the time.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is the thing that I love the most, whether it is listening to it or playing it. My favorite type of music is rock, although it is impossible for me to narrow it to just a few bands or styles: I like everything from Nirvana, to Björk, to Radiohead, to Deftones, to Belle and Sebastian, to japanese bands such as Number Girl, tricot or Kinoko Teikoku.
As far as books go, I really enjoy the works of Haruki Murakami and Julio Cortázar, but I'm not very picky, I tend to read anything people recommend me (for example, I'm a huge fan of the Harry Potter series).
My favorite film is Pulp Fiction (it's just not possible not to like that movie, for God's sake). Anyway, it's just like with the books: not too picky, can watch thrillers or romantic comedies or dramas.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The only time that I traveled abroad was because I won a music trivia contest and I got the chance to accompany a band to London that were going to record their album in Abbey Road Studios. There's no need to say that it was amazing to be in the same place The Beatles recorded their best albums, and to be able to explore a beautiful city filled with history such as London.

Teach, Learn, Share

Whether I'm visiting or you're visiting, you can count me in for whatever concert you want to go, live music is one of the better ways to get to know another place and culture!
I also enjoy trying new food from the places I go, so it would be amazing if you could show me places and food to eat. I'd love to return the favor, but if you expect me to cook: just don't, I suck at cooking. Instead, I know many places with excellent food and reasonable prices in Buenos Aires.
As far as teaching goes and if there is enough time, I could teach you guitar basics and we could hang out and play some music for a while.
