About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To live, learn, dream, and realize.

ABOUT ME

They would say I am a pretty easy going, responsible, funny, hard-working, smart, trusting, open minded individual.

Interests

-I really enjoy meeting and talking to people. It is fascinating to learn about other people's backgrounds, and to recognize that there may actually be more similarities, than differences between us. I value diversity greatly.
-I also enjoy learning about and discussing a variety of topics, from politics to philosophy to religion to science. In the increasing globalization, I believe it is essential to strive for a well-rounded understanding of the world
-I am currently a student, so I spend a great deal of time with school-related things, but in my free time I enjoy hanging out with friends, listening to music, walking, reading, and of course, surfing the internet!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Going to the US for the first time. My family moved to the US from Mexico when I was 11. I remember going through California and being so awestruck to see how everything was so different from my home in Mexico. I was thrilled to be there! Seeing all the nice houses, the big high ways, and people speaking English, it was quite a shock
-Coming to Paris to study abroad for a semester. This is my first time in Paris, and Europe for that matter! I remember the first time I got here, I was so thrilled and excited! I remember walking through the streets of Paris and being like, "Wow, this is actually happening, I'm in Paris!!". And then seeing the Eiffel Tower for the first time! It was quite a big deal for me!
