My mission in life is to make a difference, to help other people around me and to affect as many people as I can in a positive and uplifting way!!!

ABOUT ME

I'm 27 years old and I live in Reykjavík Iceland. I love being with people and my biggest kick I get from helping other people. I have been described as a party animal, crasy guy, the guy who knows everybody and my nickname is Gulli Bangsi (Gulli Teddybear).
I love building up relationships with my friends and new people especially when we help each other rise up to new levels and do more then we otherwise would.

PHILOSOPHY

If there is anything you want in life you have to be willing to help others get it...if you can do that you'll always get what you need!!! So: Nothing but love :D

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I would like to meet new and interesting people and get a further and deeper understanding of the world. I'd like to change what I've learned into experience by actually meeting more people from different cultures and hanging out with them. Then when I finally open my own business I'll know exactly how it can best help our world to become a better place. This is what only experience can teach you...not what you read or watch on TV. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had AMAZING experience's of Couch Surfing, had a German couple, a Russian, a French couple, a French girl, a Swedish girl and another Swedish girl stay here and more and more and more and it's OUTSTANDING...this is how you travel the world from your own living room ;) I'm talking to so many people that want to stay here on my couches. I have people from Italy, Greece, Poland, Russia, Germany, Sweden, UK, USA, Australia, Netherlands and more talking to me and planning on coming to stay here...it's great!

Interests

I love riding my motorbike, playing basketball, travelling, playing my guitar, romancing, socializing, partying and anything at all that involves something new for me. I love scuba diving, river rafting, horse back riding, snowmobile driving, skiing and I'm gonna learn how to parachute jump. I love doing something, anything really...then I truly feel alive ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like any kind of music that is good, from Pop to Death Metal, from Classical to Techno...if it's good in it's own categorie I listen to it. Same with movies, I even love so called "chickflicks" if they are good. I don't read a lot of books but the ones that I do read are mostly about fantasy or how I can better help others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are so many to choose from: The Grand Canyon, Devils Cleft, the Pyramids, The temple's in Egypt, Being high in the air in a Airbaloon in the sunrise, scuba dive, make love, be in love, feel love from another person. I guess the most amazing thing I've seen is watching some person that seems to have no will to live and has screwed up their whole life, come together and have an amazing total change in their life and suddenly it's like you don't know them anymore...that is the most amazing thing I've seen and also the most amazing thing I've done ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

All you need is love. I've been around so many different people from so many different countries and no matter how closed, bitter, sad, depressed, hateful, violent or antisocial they were, immedietly when I showed them love in some form or way I discovered that we are all amazing people and that we all have a great person inside of us whether we show it or not. My motto is that my only job when meeting someone is to drag that person out...that way I have met and befriended the most diverse group of people in the world :D
