Hi everyone! My name's Gunnar, I am 30 and I love traveling, exploring other cultures and getting to know people from other countries - so that's why I am on Couchsurfing!
I was born and raised in the small, cosy town of Münchberg in Northern Bavaria, better know as Oberfranken (the region with the highest density of breweries in the world :-))

After some years of working in not so fulfilling office jobs, I decided to quit and travel for a while around the world without much of a plan and with the aim of finding out what I really wanna do next in life…

I love having deep conversations about lots of different topics like history, politics, culture, economy, life - you name it 😜

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Definitely to meet new and interesting people abroad!I love the concept of couchsurfing and think it is probably the best way to travel and learn about other people, their culture and the country. It is just an amazing opportunity to make new friends, learn interesting new things and just have a good time together!

Hosting

Also I would be up for hosting someone in my own flat in Münchberg - if someone loses the way and gets lost here :-D no but I can assure it's a fascinating area with great food and beer (and good prices), lots of things to see/do and a beautiful nature.

I’d say visiting different places of the world and learning new things and perspectives by that is the best experience for me. It shapes one’s character, broadens the horizon and makes happy :-)
