About Me

Just a guy with nice eyebrows and a desire to learn about everything that exists in our world and outside of it. I live in Rio de Janeiro, but currently living in Dublin until May. When I return to Brazil I'll be able to receive guests that wants to travel to Rio.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Cause I'm too afraid to surf real waves...just kidding, to meet with real local people and be involved by the daily life instead of just getting to know the tourist bullshit..

Interests

Anything actually..I'm the curious type that enjoys learning from Polynesian deities to applied physics, from how to correctly place crystals to balance your home energy to how to charge a cell phone using a potato...I'm basically a skeptical that enjoys learning about all the things I don't believe in...

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy good music of any kind, but I'm mostly into metal (Heavy, Death, Trash) and Samba (Cartola, Bezerra da Silva, Adoniran Barbosa, Almir Guineto, Noel Rosa etc..)
I love movies, and I have several favorite movies. I enjoy Brian de Palma, Tarantino, Woody Allen, Tim Burton, Coppola, Kubrick, Scorcese and many others. I like watching stuff ranging from independent cinema to the latest Marvel blockbuster And I really love the Monty Python movies...
My favorite book of all time is One Hundred Years of Solitude, by Gabriel Garcia Márquez...but I love to read all kinds of books and comic books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Having 18 shots of tequila and being able to walk home this one day...just kidding, but I planted a tree, kinda wrote a book, and almost had a child. Does that count?

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you about Biochemistry and Microbiology. If that is too boring, I could teach you how to dance Samba and Forró. If that is too much movement, I could teach you some jokes..
I know how to cook too...

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my cookies. I always have some cookies with me. And I could share some good stories that my grandpa told me. When I'm back at Rio, I can take you to the hidden places that you never heard about too..

Countries I’ve Visited

Colombia, Czech Republic, England, Hungary, Ireland, Poland

Countries I’ve Lived In
