ABOUT ME
After a four year college stint in New York City, I am taking some time to learn about agriculture so that I can one day make a dent in the sustainable food movement.
I am 22, and tend to think of myself as very hospitable.
I try to be friendly and usually will say "yes" to anything. Some of the best moments in my life have been a result of whims, calculated whims. I am also a huge adventure sports junkie.
I am also very onomatopoeic.
PHILOSOPHY
just give it a chance.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
This is my first time officially on couch surf, but many a tourist, friends, visitors have stayed with me and my family in Kathmandu, Nepal where I am from. Our front door is always open, and I tend to carry that mentality with me wherever I go. Out of all my friends, I probably crash on others' couches the most.
My apartment in New York is never empty. Being in New York you can imagine why. Whether it be friends from town crashing after a night out, or friends visiting from the rest of the country, or others on vacation, or people with a layover in New York, they all seem to enjoy staying at my place. I call my place "the day off".
My parents have probably been to half of the countries in the world combined, and no matter where I think of they seem to know someone there. They have been great travelers and have inspired me to do the same.
