CURRENT MISSION
Make the best out of things
ABOUT ME
I grew up in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I want to get to know people for all over the world, travel and have all kinds of interesting experiences. In other words: I want to enjoy life and make it better for others too.
I consider myself an easy going, open minded and quite fun person, but I hope you can find that by yourself :)
PHILOSOPHY
I probably don't have one, but several personal philosophies, and they are always changing. Ok, maybe that should be my personal philosophy: being always ready to expand the way I see the world, open to new experiences and ideas.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love hosting and meeting people who are visiting my city and show them around. Whenever I travel I try to couchsurf as much as I can. Cs ist the best way to travel and to meet interesting people.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couchsurfed all the way across Mexico and Germany and a little bit in Spain. I've hosted in Sicilia and Porto. CS gave me the chance to meet some of the most amazing people I know and I'm proud and happy of being part of this project.
Interests
Mainly I´m interested in getting to know different people and cultures. But I have to admit that I spend a lot of my time reading, watching films, listening to music and learning languages.
I also love boardgames
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: All of german expressionism; classical Hollywood Films have a certain charm. If I get to come across a good silent or animation film I´m like mesmerized.
Some directors I like: Sergio de Leone, Woody Allen, Tarantino, Almodovar; Lars von Triers, Cronenberg,, Wes Anderson.
Some random Films that come to my mind right now (I try to put some new ones): Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind; Good Bye Lenin; El Angel Exterminador; The Holy Grial; Amelie.
Music: Tango; Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, Punk in general; Bossa Nova
Books: did I mention that I study literature? Borges, Kafka, Cortazar, Rulfo, Poe, Philip Dick, Milan Kundera
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I saw the dawn on a foggy mountain in Chiapas (Mexico).
They tried to mugged me two times in two months in Palermo (Italy).
I saved a kittys life and adopted him.
I read "El Quijote" when I was 16.
Teach, Learn, Share
I must acknowledge I'm sort of a nerd, so science, history and that kind of stuff
