I spent most of my 20's traveling. I had this crazy idea of visiting 100 countries before I turned 30, so I had to spend 7 years traveling non-stop. Thanks to the great people out there, specially here on couchsurfing I made that dream a reality and made many friends along the way.

Now I'm focused on writing/learning to write to tell some amazing stories, many involving couchsurfing!

I'm on couchsurfing to meet people. Getting to know people from different cultures and make friends all over the world was the best part of my traveling around the world. Now that I have a home, I'm looking forward to share it whenever possible.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I flew as a solo pilot a small and old single-engine airplane from British Columbia, Canada, to the southeast of Brazil. Reached the top of El Misti´s volcano in Peru, got lost and survived also The "Nevado de Wantapallana" in the Andes. I have been to Cristo Redentor in Rio de Janeiro, Machu Picchu in Peru, and Chinchen Itza in Mexico, and to the highest lake of the world (Titicaca). Saw bears in the northwest of US. Saw a family of Orcas swimming very close to the ferry boat when going to Canada from US. Swam with dolphins, Sea Lions and sharks in Punta Cana. Got my paragliding license(but a rat ate my canopy and haven't flown since then). Bungee Jumped from a bridge in Whistler, Canada and from a tower in Belo Horizonte. Got my scuba diving "license". Flew over grand Canyon, Crater lake, Yellowstone ntl Park. Landed in the busiest airport in the world during Oshkosh Aviation fair. Camped in the Atacama Desert. Crossed alone the US from NW to SE on a motorcycle (5500km in 5 days). Got a job in a ski resort and saw snow for the first time when I was 20 years old. Almost got in jail in Bahamas. Kind of got in jail in Serbia. I was arrested for the night in Uzbekistan, drove from England to Mongolia, then back to to Europe alone via the transiberian, Spent 10 days in a retreat without talking, internet or phone. 19 days traveling by ship from Italy to Brazil. And most important: Got to know many special friends in my travels...

Couchsurfing for me is all about human interaction, I do couchsurfing because I love meeting new people and making new friends.

If you are interested in travels and how to travel the world in a budget I am certainly the right person for you to meet as I have traveled non-stop for 7 years. But I tend to listen more than talk and love to hear about my host's stories and experiences.

I consider myself very considerate. I respect my hosts timing, space, privacy and personality. I will, at least, make up my bed or my couch, clean whatever you let me use and offer to help in house duties which I will be very happy to do.
