Hi there! I'm a happy man from Sweden who loves spending time with my two wonderful kids. When I'm not busy being a dad, you can usually find me practicing Kundalini Yoga or experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes.

I also have a passion for all things IT-related and enjoy keeping up with the latest trends and developments in the field. It is currently part of my job as as an IT professional.

I also love getting outdoors and exploring the world on my downhill mountain bike, skis, or motorcycle.

Beyond my hobbies and interests, I'm also deeply interested in spirituality and personal growth. I believe that a strong spiritual practice can help us to live more fulfilled lives and cultivate greater compassion and understanding for those around us.
