PHILOSOPHY
-Life is a comprise (LIAC), tolerating and learning to accept what I cannot change-You can receive so much by giving and sharing what you already have
-Your words are the mirrors of your soul, not your eyes-The biggest limition in life is the one that is created in your own mind-Count what you have, not what you miss-When you are old, you will regret more things you didn't do then the ones you did (wrong)-The body is the best tool you will ever own, take good care of it!-When a guest, feel at home but don't forget you are a guest
-A womans hart is not conquered with a sword but with the right words.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
By providing company (mostly as a guest):
"The most important ingredient for a good meal is good company"
So here is my personal recipe:
Start with a strong base of cheerfulness and optimism. Add some interests (see lower),character and a pinch of boldness to make the dish more peculiar. Mix adventure, romance, travel experience and stories to make it more exotic. Strain the dish to remove the bitter tastes of arrogance, vanity and selfishness. Add toppings of talk activeness, politeness and a generous dose of good humour.
(Experience with this dish might vary depending on personal taste).
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Anything from meeting for a drink and surfing somebodies floor till friends for life and a relationship. I like CS so much because it does not matter if you do it for the first time or did it a hunderd times before: you never know what to expect. Which is in stark contrast with a box of chocolade because no matter what shape or taste, it will always be chocolade...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I believe that amazing things can inspire, make thing worth the effort and why and how we fall in love with places and people. But I also think that we are just as strongly (if not stronger) shaped by the things that goes wrong. So here are my most despaired times during my travels:-Setting myself on fire-Crashing into a opening car door with my bike-Sitting down on my own knife-Breaking up after 2.5 years of relationship-Getting stuck upon on +2000m without food, water nor money (for the funicular)-Missing a funeral-Mentally, physically and emotionally being grinded down completely in the coldest region on the planet-Seeing my bag drive off in a Marshrutka with out me-Photo's that went missing or got corrupted
