About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Escaping the Danish winter with cheap plane tickets to the world!

ABOUT ME

Hard Facts: Male, born in '89, blond, with a love for a good beer and (live) music.
Studied Psychology for 1 year and started studying Medicine in stead.
Worked at a hotel and loved to have an influence on my guests stay in Copenhagen.

Now most of my time is spend studying for the exams, but between the long reading hours I've developed a taste for whiskey, a love for movies and a longing away from the danish winter.

PHILOSOPHY

"Rather regret the things you do, than the things you don't!".

Im trying not to think too much about the things I do, because then I might start having second thoughts, and might end up not doing anything at all.
Trying to simply impulsively feel my way through life :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed a couple of places, first with Mark, Ellen and their kid Piran in Dublin. Since with Math Keys in Surfers Paradise, Australia.

I've participated in a few CS meetings and parties - especially well I remember the Pasta Party in Sydney where we made homemade pasta till midnight and spent the night feasting and drinking on the wonderful pasta and wine.

I love having ppl sleeping over on my couch, but so far haven't had the chance to host that many - Hopefully this will chance soon :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I will never forget the way CS has changed my opinion on how people can get together, trust one another and let a stranger in your home only to welcome him or her into your life and heart - building up a life long friendship or a short but great memory with the each other.

Trust is the key, and the CS community builds upon it, expands it and changes the people of world one at the time - as it did to me.

Interests

Music and movies, parties and good times, people and gatherings, talking to people who have an interest in something/anything - Enthusiastic people telling about their passion fascinates me - no matter how small or strange their passion might be.
Guess my interest is simply PEOPLE and their history! :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Generally all kinds of music ! From classic to hiphop to folk, but just love it when its a mix of more genres!
But live music is best though! Just Loove Festivals!
I'm in the BioZonen club of the Copenhagen cinemas because I LOVE going to the movies! But I like a good book as well !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydive in Taupo, New Zealand from 15.000 feet!

Diving at great barrier reef!

Stood on Volcano Etna, Sicily, Italy and felt the warmth of the magma beneath.

Watched the sunrise over the temple plains of Bagan, Burma.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm very interested in other cultures and traditions, so if people I meet can teach me how to welcome, greet, say goodbye, say cheers or other kinds of greetings in their local way or tongue I'm all ears!

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Austria, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Myanmar, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Thailand, United Kingdom
