About Me

I have traveled to some countries in Europe, Africa and the Americas. I had a warm welcome in many of the places i visited and now i'm looking to give back to other travelers the experience I had. I speak a few languages, well educated and have a good knowledge of the place I live and the surroundings. Ive been told Im a good host, always worried if you will have the experiences you are looking for when you decided to visit our city! Also Im into bars, clubs, arts, music, museums, or just walking around to see how people live their lives. Looking forward to share our culture with you!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I decided to host a traveler because this (2014) was the first year I couldn't visit a new country since I started backpacking in 2001. I realized the best way to get in touch with another culture when you don't have the means to travel, is hosting someone cool enough to teach me new thing and tell new stories.

Interests

I practice wakeboarding and I'm interested in music, movies and having fun anywhere I go in the city! I'm an easygoing person who enjoys every good experience life allows me to have!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like most of the music genre, read at least one different book every month and movies are one the best entertainment I can have!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've walked the Sahara desert from Morocco to Mauritania with two beduin guides and a couple of camels. All I had was two British friends, a guitar and lots of melons to keep ourselves hydrated. Great experience from the crossing of the Atlas Mountains to get to the desert, to the trading of silk for saffron in Mauritania.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to eat so if you are able to cook me something from your country I will be very satisfied with the new recipe I learn!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook, I have a vast knowledge about my country's history, culture and economic situation and I can talk about it in different languages to share what I know!
