About Me

I am a happy and positive person originally from Brazil but have travelled and lived in many places around the world since the age of 19. I have now lived six years outside of Brazil in total, currently living in Aberdeen, Scotland. My wife is Swedish-American. We have friends and family around the world. We love to travel, meet new people and learn more about different countries and cultures. As you can see our lifestyle is very international.

In Brazil I studied Biology while at the same time working with different types of NGOs. Currently I am studying and working to prepare to launch a business together with my wife.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After reading the 4 hour workweek by Tim Ferris I discovered this amazing website and community of Couchsurfers. This opens the door to conveniently be able to travel at a low-budget while being able to connect with local people thus enhancing ones travel experience. I am happy to share my home with other fellow travel-enthusiasts while recieving the same treatment by them as I travel. I just love this idea!
