HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A few years ago (2011), I knew the CS project and create a account, but I didn't participate in any activities or events. In october of 2014 a friend started to participate and called me sometimes to a event named Belém Babel. I did go two times and to meet a lot of people very nice. Since that day I decided to start to be part in this incredible project

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In little time, I already met people from so many countries and other states of Brazil. It's always a great experience, both with the language challenge, as the big cultural differences.

Interests

I like technology, politics and philosophy.

I appreciate so much to teaching and learning.

I like watch series, animes and movies; listen histories, talk and to meet new people. Sometimes I like to dance and listen music.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like histories, books, movies, documentaries about politics, sports, mythology, fantastic fantasy, sci-fi, drama, and histories about whatever, since it doesn't prejudice anyone.

Some examples of books and movies that I liked:

Fantasy/Sci-fi - Game of Thrones, Lord of Rings, O Hobbit, Star Wars, the Jumper series, Harry Potter, the I'm number 4 series, Dragões do Eter trilogy, Ender's Game, Batalha do Apocalipse, Brave new world, Twelve Monkeys, the old Total Recall (O Vingador do Futuro), both Robocop.

Drama/Politics/Sports/Philosophy - Invictus, 1984, Coach Carter, Forest Gump, Cool Runnings (Jamaica abaixo de zero), Shophie's World, Animal Farm (Revolução dos bichos), Fight Club, Gran Torino, The Shawshank Redemption (Um sonho de liberdade), The Green Mile (A espera de um milagre).

I like music in general, the style changes conform my humor. But I like specially those with a complex lyrics about politics, social questions or feelings different of romantic love or sexual attraction. I like love and sex, but the famous composers nowadays only write about these things. It is boring.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I already did go out with some friends to give some food to homeless people. It was a great opportunity to learn about the people and our world. They had a lot of histories and experiences to share with us.
