ABOUT ME

I've always considered myself an introvert but I have found out when I meet you I find comfort to talk and engage with :) I love exploring and walking through city streets, getting lost and find my way back.

I've found meeting new people always leave me with a great feeling even if I've met them for a few days and specially if we have things in common. I'm enjoy the arts, wherever there's a new exhibition, I'll go. One of my hobbies/passions is photography, I'm doing a travel journal and also a blog to review films.

Oh! and I have a twin brother :)!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I consider traveling a passion. I don't belong anywhere as of now, I want to do it as much as I can.

I like meeting local people where I go, they're the most unique, open-minded individuals I've met. I love hearing their stories and let me be able to know their way of living and occassionally show them mine.

Interests

Derive. An activity where you walk and lose track and fully immerse in your surroundings.

Foreign movies. Design, photography. I also enjoy research, writing, and journalism.

I run frecuently as I don't work out a lot. I enjoy running at night, it gives the city another perspective.

Professionally speaking, I work as a research assistant for the Design Studies department at my university. This is one of my favorite activities to do, generating knowledge.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I always say I like any type of music and it's true, it's just that I listen to some more often than other :) Nils Frahm, Sufjan Stevens, Nicolas Jaar...

Movies: I actually enjoy film very much. I make a 100 movie challenge every year some of my favorites include Hiroshima Mon Amour, Under The Skin, The Dreamers, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Funny Face

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing is actually being able to find myself in a foreign country away from everything I have known before.
With people that I can consider friends now.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can offer conversation in English, Spanish, Italian and basic French and German.

I enjoy learning about new cultures. I've couchsurfed in Denmark, Belgium and Morocco and these experiences have brought me to become as free as I can be, and secondly, get permeated by the culture of my hosts.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I enjoy having conversations with new people. I'm always intrigued in other's point on view in subjects that vary from present culture to historical events to the news. Whether we agree or disagree, there is always a mutual agreement of never verbally or physical attack. This community is for sharing our life stories, and in the process gain much more.
