I like to organize stuff if I can, so here goes...
Philosophy: Smile, do what makes you happy and be a good person.
Details: 32 year old Caucasian male. College educated, don't smoke, do drink.
Hobbies: Being outside, playing/watching sports, finding new music/movies/books, photography, being with friends.

To me, Couchsurfing is like having an old friend in every city in the world (or just about every city!). Your friend may not be able to show you around, but they might have a couch for you. Or maybe they don´t have a couch but want to show your around their city. Or maybe they already have plans but would like for you to join them. There are lots of ways to be friendly and participate in CS!! =)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined CS a few years ago after hearing about it on the news. It sounded like a wonderful way to travel and meet new people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed a number of times and had generally great experiences. CS people are wonderful, opening their homes, minds, and hearts to strangers to make them feel more at home. It speaks to the hope that humans are naturally good beings!!!!!!!!!

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-Hosted a MN Twins fan from Italy.

-Ran with the bulls at San Fermin 2011 with Matt & Matt!

-While in Zermatt, Switzerland I was sitting around watching the clouds dissipate around the Matterhorn and someone glanced over at me, did a double-take at my hat (Ohio State) and introduced himself. Halfway around the world from Ohio I met the captain of the 1982 Ohio State hockey team =)
